Payment, Subscriptions and Refunds

1. Payment and Billing

You can access paid features only by spending our virtual currency, Coins. Coins can be purchased in separate packages as in-app purchases.

BlinkStory may update pricing from time to time and encourages you to check the Service periodically for the latest pricing information.

Payments are processed by the third-party service through which the purchase is made, subject to that service's in-app purchase rules and policies.

BlinkStory may also offer rewarded ads that grant Coins. The reward amount is disclosed before you opt in to view the ad.

We may display third-party ads, including ads tailored to you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on personal data use in connection with advertising.

BlinkStory assumes no responsibility for interactions you may have with third-party advertisers.

If you are not registered or not logged in, you may lose your Coins when resetting your device.

2. Subscriptions

You can purchase the following types of subscriptions:

  • Web Subscriptions
  • App Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel them or we terminate access in accordance with the Terms.

Once a purchase is confirmed, the subscription fee will be charged to the payment method you provided.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the initial and recurring subscription fee until cancellation.

2.1. App Subscriptions

App subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play can provide benefits such as double gifts, premium customer support, and a premium user badge.

2.2. Cancel Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.

Website subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting customer support by email.

App Store subscriptions can be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Google Play subscriptions can be cancelled through your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

If you cancel your subscription, you may continue using the App until the end of the current subscription period.

2.3. Subscription Fee Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may change subscription fees at any time after providing reasonable notice.

3. No Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If you cancel midway through a subscription period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

Apple purchases are refunded, if applicable, by Apple according to Apple's policies.

California residents may have cancellation rights during the statutory cooling-off period.

EU residents requesting immediate performance may lose their right of withdrawal once the Terms are fully performed.

4. Special Offers

BlinkStory may offer promotional offers with different features and prices to certain users. Promotional funds or Coins remain BlinkStory property unless otherwise stated.

5. User Representation

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have legal capacity and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means.
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are not subject to applicable sanctions and are not located in a sanctioned country.
  • Your use of the Service will not violate applicable laws or regulations.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service.

If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, we may refuse current or future use of the Service.
